I love to share recipes and the other day one of my readers asked me about a recipe for Hawaiian Bread. It just so happens I do have a bread machine recipe for Hawaiian Bread similar to King’s Hawaiian bread. I’ve tried several recipes and this one is by far my favorite.
Hawaiian Bread Recipe
¾ cup pineapple juice ( BTW they actually sell pineapple juice in little packs and they are exactly 3/4 a cup.)
1 large egg
2 tbsps vegetable or coconut oil
5 tbsps honey
¾ tsp salt
2 tbsps dry milk
3 cups flour
2 tsp yeast
This makes a 1.5 pound loaf. Basic bread cycle.
